Welcome

I have decided to set up this blog because some of my friends are interested in my attempts at weight loss. I was posting litlle bits on facebook and in my other blog such as recipes and things. Problem is, I dont want to be a diet bore so I decided that I will keep that info seperate from my other outlets. This means I can post more detailed information such as full recipes rather than brief outlines as well as info on my exercise routines. Those who are interested can read on and those who arent wont be bombarded with loads of shite.

So for those of you still here, I hope you find it interesting.
